Meet Dr. Caleb Dallas

Dr. Dallas didn't come to chiropractic through a textbook. He came to it through years of chronic low back pain that started at the tail end of high school and followed him through college football.

It took a toll far beyond the physical. Chronic pain has a way of clouding everything, focus, mood, motivation, and for years it kept him from doing the things he loved. Chiropractic care didn't fix it. There was no single adjustment that made it disappear.

But it played an instrumental role in getting him to the other side of it, calming his pain enough to actually do the rehab work that mattered, clearing the brain fog that chronic pain brings along with it, and giving him the space to heal.

That experience shaped how he sees chiropractic care today. Not as a magic pill, but as a genuinely important piece of a larger process. It's why he pursued this profession in the first place, and it's why he built his practice around helping patients get back to full function, not just chasing temporary relief.

How Dr. Dallas Approaches Care

Today, Dr. Dallas isn't the kind of chiropractor who treats every patient the same way. He believes in using the minimum effective dose, doing exactly what's necessary to get you back to what you love, nothing more, nothing less.

That starts with a real exam. Most patients tell him their first visit is the most thorough they've ever had, and that's by design. Dr. Dallas takes the time to hear your full story before jumping to conclusions, then backs it up with objective testing using VALD equipment to measure strength and range of motion against normative data and your own progress over time. You're not left guessing whether something is working. The data tells you.

Adjustments are delivered using Cox Technique on a Cox 8 flexion distraction table, one of the few in the area, offering a notably smooth and gentle experience that's particularly effective for disc related back pain, sciatica, and radiculopathy. But an adjustment alone was never going to be Dr. Dallas's whole answer. Corrective exercise and movement coaching are built into his approach from day one, addressing not just where you hurt, but the habits and patterns that got you there.

Training & Credentials

Dr. Dallas earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University, and is certified in SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) Level 1, a certification that shapes how he screens for movement dysfunction and builds corrective exercise programs.

He's also currently working through a chiropractic diplomate in orthopedics, continuing to deepen his knowledge well beyond what's required to practice.

That formal training is paired with firsthand experience, as a former college athlete who dealt with chronic pain himself, and as someone who's spent years studying the research behind why chiropractic care works.

Athletic Background

Athletics have shaped Dr. Dallas's life long before chiropractic did. He played football through high school and into college, first at the Division 1 FCS level at Jacksonville University, then transferring to Division 3 Berry College here in Georgia.

Football runs in the family. His father spent 30 years as a high school head coach in the local area, winning several state championships along the way, and has since retired to become a pastor. Two of Dr. Dallas's brothers also played college football, one currently a team captain at Georgia Southern with his sights set on the NFL, and another now coaching at the college level.

That background gives Dr. Dallas a real understanding of what it means to push your body hard, get hurt, and want nothing more than to get back to it. Whether you're a competitive athlete or just someone who's active and doesn't want to slow down, he knows what it's like to be on the other side of that conversation.

Restoring Hope. Restoring Function.

That's the belief Dr. Dallas built his practice on, and he means it in that order. Hope has to come first. Once a patient believes getting better is actually possible, the body tends to follow.

If you're dealing with pain that's kept you from the things you love, Dr. Dallas would welcome the chance to help you get back to them.
